Toyota West Service, I had my appointment yesterday. Bryan my service advisor is kind and helpful good guy. Dave and Dan are the drivers for the shuttle service (with in 10 mile radius) courtesy is a service perk, the gentleman are kind and genuine. I love my Toyota West!!!

The service here was wonderful. Christopher Frey was attentive and explained everything and asked if I had any questions. My vehicle was repaired properly and Christopher expedited the whole process in a very professional manner. They even washed my vehicle which I didn’t ask for. Aaron was great, but when I picked up my car, the heater was on full blast and there wasn't a new oil change sticker on the windshield. The clip was removed from the gear area. I found it later that night in the cup holder. My car brakes sounded the same as a backed up and left the dealership. They were squeaking etc. I paid for a brake service. Do not bring your family here. Toyota West (specifically the service department) released my vehicle TWICE with 'Green/OK' safety checks while their internal notes documented a blown ball joint, a failing steering rack, and a heavy leak. They literally sent me onto I-270 with an unlatched hood and a steering system they knew was failing.

Very bad experience.
I was charged unexpected items that I did not consent to. I agreed to purchase $2,500 which I was told was coverage if anything goes wrong with the car for 48 months. I would have kept the coverage if the price was the original amount I consented to, but I later realized I was charged $2,995 for Toyota Extra Care + $1,220 for Toyota Tire and Wheel + $520 ceramic coating. The information the dealership representative discussed with me was totally different from what he charged me. In summary, the $2,500 I consented to became $4,735.

I am a loyal Toyota West customer. My service advisor is honest and helpful, he knows me and my Rav4 and takes good care of us both. Mechanic's are top rate. Dave and Dan are transportation specialist that deliver white glove service. This is touching to me at this time in my life. Worked with Dave Bever to find a car for our son. Dave found multiple options and we ultimately purchased a Ford Fusion that fit into our sons budget, had low miles and a great maintenance record. Dave was very supportive, not pushy, and ensured we had everything we needed before leaving with the car. Our son has been beyond excited since having his first "new" car. We would definitely buy another car from Toyota West and Dave.

10/10 , my husband and I worked with Preston , who went absolutely above and beyond for us , he had the cars we were interested in ready for us when we got there , even though he is not usually a sales rep for Kia’s he took it upon him self to educate himself on each car I was interested in before we got there , he was patient and kind and stayed past close to see it out until the end , I couldn’t recommend him enough !

Toyota West did a great job servicing my vehicle. There was a shock absorber failure (new car purchased 12/24 at TW) which they replaced under warranty. I dinged them one star because the part took longer to get than expected. Not certain if it was a tariff issue; nevertheless, service was great.

The service techs, rental department are amazing. The back of house mechanics side of this dealership is lacking. Something is always left undone. When I bought 4 new tires they didn’t even balance the tire pressure. Or check my TPMS+ and 3 went bad immediately after being serviced. This current experience I had my tires rotated and balanced and yet again they couldn’t balance and fill the tire pressure. All of them read different. Only reason I come back is because of the front house service tech people are amazing.

The service that I received , considering the extenuating circumstances, went above and beyond my expectations.
They found out that a mouse got in the hood built a nest and ate some of the wiring . The vehicle would not run good and there was many warning lights. I had the vehicle towed to Toyota West and they got the vehicle repaired and back to me the next day. There service department all worked together to get my vehicle back. It runs like new know. I liked the system that kept me updated on the vehicle status. I also liked the free service and driver that took me home and took me back to the dealership.

Bryan Clay was wonderful and very helpful. I am disappointed with Toyota themselves though. My 2020 highlander has a roof leak and they're saying it's not under warranty so it's not their problem basically. This is a known issue that a recall was made for the rav4s of the same year. They had to have updated clips. This is the same problem with my car and I feel that this shouldn't be up to me to get fixed. I called Toyota customer service twice and they were of no help. I brought my car in for the 6 mo the maintenance service. The mechanic scraped the right rear rim of my car probably when he washed it. My car looks trashy now. What a shame, I love that car.

I had a wonderful experience with Shannon (used car sales) and his entire team. Shannon provided me all the documentation I needed in advance prior to my appointment (on a Sunday!). He was in constant contact with me providing me with updated info. He had the car ready and fueled up for my test drive with nice cold bottled water handy in case I needed it after a long drive to get there. There was Zero pressure during the entire sales process. They met my price after some negotiation.

9/13/24 CJ was awesome! My daughter and I both had our vehicles serviced. We actually waited for our vehicles this time. Fridays are busy!!
